It’s such a wonderful blessing to be able to share my thoughts with you all. I am ever so grateful to you for stopping by! You’re probably here today to see what my Day 9 Dream Your Heart Out page looks like, and to read some of my thoughts. Right? Well, I guess I should get to sharing then. . .
The message for today was another great one and happens to be something I have struggled with. Ok, let me correct myself struggle with. I imagine I am not the only one who does either, that is living in the moment. Not worrying about what we didn’t do yesterday, and what we have to do tomorrow. And God clearly tells us how He feels about living in the moment too!
Day 9 Dream Your Heart Out
Matthew 6:34 reads: “Therefore don’t worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” God sure does have a way of getting His point across, doesn’t He?
This verse is pretty self-explanatory, but here are a few of my thoughts. God doesn’t want us to waste time in our present-day with worry over the details of our tomorrow.
When we worry about something it causes us to fear, and then anxiety sneaks in. These emotions steal time from our ‘to’days, lives, and in the moment happenings. So when you start to feel the worry settling in look for truths like in Matthew 6:34.
Day 9 Dream Your Heart Out
Matthew 6:34 really spoke to me so I focused on my page around that truth. I typed and printed out my thoughts as well as the words yesterday, now tomorrow.
Then I added a couple of scrapbook stash pieces I had, to finish off the page I added: “Live in the moment with God”. This was another simple page, but the message is very clear.

final thoughts
It’s important not only for our relationship with God but for our well being to try to get a grip on worrying. It’s not always an easy task and many struggle with anxiety from it. But there is help, and hope when we trust God.
Trusting God helps us live moment to moment with Him. We shouldn’t have to solve all our problems, all at one time. When we trust God, we learn that He will provide what is needed day by day. Leaving worrying about our tomorrows a thing of our past, which we shouldn’t worry about either.
We can always find comfort and peace when we spend time with God. If you struggle with any of what we talked about today, I pray that you seek Him. Remember to thank Him for today, and to help you be happy about it. Ask Him to remind you to live each day to its fullest, and leave all the worries and cares to Him.
On another note, It’s Day 13 of our March Scripture Writing Plan – Your Identity in Christ. If you’d like to learn more about the writing plan you can find it here. I hope you’ll join me. I have been creating a memorydex scripture card for each day, and I’ve been trying to share them on here.
