I am a thrifty chick especially when it comes to certain things for myself. I mean show me a pretty Moterm planner cover and . . . I might forget how thrifty I am. But it’s my thriftiness that allows for the pretty planner covers. Anyways, I am here to share an easy DIY Planner Sticker Holder with all you planner girls.
DIY Planner Sticker Holder
This DIY Planner Sticker Holder is so easy to do. The hardest and longest step to this entire project is sorting your stickers! So the next time you’re at the Dollar Store look for a photo book that holds 4″ x 6″ photos. The ones with the plastic cover and on normal occasions we walk right past. You can see two of them in the above image.
The one with the gold zig-zag design is from the Dollar Store, the other is from Michaels. Both the same but one was $2 and the other was $1. I wasn’t thinking when I bought the one from Michaels, that I could find them at the $ store. So grab them from the $ store and you can also get them for $1 at Walmart too!
For me, these are the perfect size for my stickers. The plus thing is all the windows each one has. I am one of those people that has to separate by seasons, designs, sets, etc. So these are perfect for my little tick.
Basically, after buying the little photo album book, the only thing left is adding your stickers. But . . . you can customize the covers super easily if you wanted. The covers are open on top so you can switch out the paper that came with them. I actually bought the albums with covers I liked so I didn’t change mine. But it’s a possibility if you can’t find ones with covers you like.
DIY Planner Sticker Holder
The above image is my 3 DIY planner Sticker Holders. They are each full and separated in themes, sets, seasons, etc. as I mentioned above. Each album as a theme. The first one is for seasons and holidays. Second one is for regular styled planner stickers. The third one isn’t full but it’s got little tabs, bows, and foiled type pretty stickers. I call it my pretty sticker book holder.
DIY Planner Sticker Holder Final Thoughts
Again, this is a super easy DIY, honestly not much to do DIY’ing wise. The main point is you can have pretty little sticker books without spending a lot of money.
If you really wanted to get crafty. . . and if you had supplies on hand you could make a leather cover for it. This way your sticker holder can match your pretty planner covers. Hmm, actually I have a piece of white leather I could use to make one of my holders match my planner. We shall see and if I do it I will share here.
